Curtains1
Well I teach in a college and I'm going!!! and one of my students who happens to be best friends with my niece is going with us. I'd suggest do an arts course we're much more relaxed, I look at it from the point of view that going to the best performing arts festival in the world is great primary research
staggerlee
My course is done on hours and is really difficult to make time up.Any absence must be back by a valid reason, not sure if calling in sick would go down to well.To make matters worse I'm on placement glasto week so that's two people I have to clear this with. rainbow girl
My 11 year old son has just been refused permission by his school to go to Glastonbury with us this year He's been twice before when he was at primary school and they never had a problem with it, so I've written a long letter asking them to treat this as exceptional, but so far they've just said they're "following county council guidelines". IMO he learns more in a few days at Glasto than he would do in the same period of time at school - fingers crossed they change their minds
gemstarrr
last year i just didn't turn up. was gonna phone in sick but then you have to phone everyday at my col and my mum refused to do it. it's my last day of college next week so i've got nothing to worry about this year well apart from exams...glastonbury's the light at the end of the tunnel for me over the next month or so!
