What I read from that is, you were happily listening to a song form a distance (and maybe even enjoying it to a degree?), but then when you found out who they were you were "oh God this band is unfashionable - I can be seen to be watching/liking them - run awaaaaaaaaay...."

i watched scouting for girls at the pilton village party in september and they most definately gave the indication they were playing this year.

I normally condone slagging off bands, but these guys are truly bland, uninteresting, trash.

Their Glastonbury song which is on efests spotify list grates on me really hard.

"Edit" Just noticed its been removed from the list

Also aren't they radio 1's pet band? as they are always plugging their trash. I also find it convenient that their james bond song, just change the lyrics from any of there other others to get the idea was released at the same time as Quantum of Solace.

i didnt like them at first, but having listened to em more and seen performances I gave them a go @ brix and I thought they were ace. they are very good live.

however i do understand how they can wind ppl up...

catchy songs = irritation to some.
