rexclark
You get something different from every album, that's why they're so amazing!
Eh Ah Ken
I'll hold yer hand, we could have a pint to calm the nerves! From Wikipedia..... Leave the Story Untold (1996) Much Against Everyone's Advice (1998) Any Minute Now (2004) Nite Versions (2005) Most of the Remixes (2007) Any Minute Now is probably the definative album, Nite versions is completely different sounding. Buy Any Minute Now first then Nite Versions. Get on Spotify for a taster!
Kyelo
cool man. nice one. i warn you tho. my palms get really sweaty. ok.... i think i was given it once but never actually got round to trying it. i'll do that tonight. i'll get the two of them. i've actually got "most of the remixes" already but i thought that was 2manydjs....not soulwax? Eh Ah Ken
What do you do to get sweaty palms? lol Well it's murky water with 2manydjs/Soulwax, just say Dewaele brothers influenced.
dreamfolorn
fair enough.....why they couldnt have just had a universal name eh?
Andrew1991
It's to do with the fact that when Soulwax started they were a rock band, and then 2ManyDJs was the sort of DJ sideline by two of the band members - the Dewaele brothers. They were seperate entities and it's only over recent years that they've become more and more intertwined. That's why you need to get Any Minute Now and Nite Versions to start you off. Any Minute Now is essentially a really damned good rock album, and Nite Versions is the dance music spin on the Any Minute tracks. rexclark
So at Rock Ness will it always be Nite versions? Cause I would much rather see the Any Minute Now version of the band. Just for the proper version of E Talking.

Iain333
After reading this thread I've ordered "Any Minute Now" and "Nite Versions", if I was to say I was very much looking forward to seeing them it would be an understatement.
