I'll be buying some of their music today because the fus surrounding them seems on par with the news Rage would be playing Reading last year.

This announcement is going to piss off so many people at Download since Faith No More are one of the main reasons people are going to download.

I think FNM are too big for a tent I really do! They'll only get like an hour set as well! I reckon they realised that kasiers aint as big a draw anymore!

thinking about it now......i either hope they are playing there (and not on main as i want as much deftones time as possible) or i hope they are not playing at all.....from a completely selfish perspective!!

take a gamble, go and see them, even if it's just for 5 mins, and you'll sense the atmosphere will be buzzing. people will be going mental.

no..........i've heard a lot of faith no more....having gone to rock clubs for the past 10 years and such. i just don't like them! i don't enjoy their music. for me personally......it is shit!

but then you won't like many of the bands i like. each to their own.

the nme tent easily take 12,000 (more?) i would say and the new one is meant to be bigger.

This has really made my day completely unexpected! Either main stage or NME headliner would be fantastic.

If I can finish my Friday with Faith No More, Saturday with The Prodigy and Sunday with Radiohead I will be a happy bunny. And if that is the case, then people moaning about there being no diversity should have a re-think!

I think an expanded NME tent would be big enough for them as like Kings of Leon or hate em, they are going to get a massive crowd watching them while FNM are on (assuming FNM headline the NME stage)
