Fall out boy, Travis and Franz Ferdinand for other stage headliners

If Travis even second headline Glastonburys Other Stage, then i'm SERIOUSLY going to consider selling my ticket. (not really just wanted emphasis, but thats probably not that emphatic as everyone says it these days)

Travis will be John Peel and count themselves lucky. Thats if they play too.

They played V's 3rd stage last year and I'm not even sure they headlined it, they've lost popularity since then aswell I'd say, so think of that.

I'm praying for Kanye and Prodigy though, if Eavis done that i'd f**king bum him.

Completely agree with you. The Prodigy would finally be something (along with Kasabian) to show others that the line up is strong and not "shit and old" as believed by most when I tell them.

Prodigy would be good but after seeing them twice already recently (last week and in December) Im not that fussed really. To me glasto is about seeing acts I havent already seen live, hence why my preference for other stage headliners would be kanye west and Orbital.

yeah, they are amazing - i wasnt questioning the sound - merely that to state that they werent old when theyve been knocking about as long as blur was a bit optimistic

also, i love the new album, its mint, but part of the reason i love it is that its a bit of a throwback to jilted and fat, so hardly a new sound either.

like i said id love it to happen, simply cant see it though

I dont mind travis think they would be a good band to watch in the sun & would most probably go along if they were playin, but I never even considered Travis as a headlinin act even in there hey-day

Probably been posted before but Franz myspace has them as 8.00pm on the saturday. May well be a typo but could open up the possibility of a headline spot for someone else...
