They say 1,000 tickets up for grabs to people who collect a number of vouchers and send them off. I would think there is a very strong chance of getting tickets through this. Most of the people in the local area will already have got tickets. Would be interested to hear from people if they applied and where succesfull.

The WDP offer got me and two mates there a couple of years ago when we failed in the initial ticket round. It really is your last chance though so good luck.

I was able to get a ticket through the western daily press in 2007 as Iwas unlucky the first time round.

My Dad collected the vouchers for me as well and it was his lot that came up trumps.

If you look on >>ebay<< you'll see that the Western Daily Press are auctioning off the 4 copies of the paper necessary to enter the draw. It doesn't seem to be a scam, as they say they'll only accept a maximum bid of £1.80 (the face cost of the 4 newspapers) and the buyer can pick them up from the WDP office in Bristol.

Yep, I was succesful in 2007 with this offer.

I think the lady who phoned everybody up to tell them they had got their tickets must have had a really good day that day, with everybody telling her she was a star! And if she had accepted everyones offer of free cider, she would have been very drunk!!!
