timroth
Quick question; Me & gfriend have 4 day + camping tickets. we have invited 2 other friends but obviously the only tickets they can get now are no camping. If one or more people in the group have a camping ticket then surely that means we can pitch up and the non-campers can stay in our tent?? thanks in advance for your help people! Look forward to seeing you all out there Tim.
Jambo
Erm, no Otherwise I could just go myself with a 12 man tent and get non campers to stay in it with me.

Monkey for festivals
thinking about it a bit more, do they have people on the gates of the campsite at all times checking your wristbands? are the camping/no camping wristbands different? don't think it would be too difficult to take other people onto the campsite - what if you pull someone and want to take them back to your tent etc etc.... can't be that difficult? sproston_greeen
try and get your wristbands off and one of you can go out and give your friends a band, come in then go back out and do the same for the other mate. bit annoying but if there's no other option... sproston_greeen
coz of the way they crimp the benni wrsit bands (hard to explain but alot of uk festivals have like a single point crimp, so you can work the band off, benni crimp it across about a 1cm edge so cant really pull it off) i dont thimnk you will be able to do that. Last year when i came home and even had my tool box, i couldnt get it off without cutting it.....
Monkey for festivals
i missed last years, do they do them differently from the 3 years previous? we managed to get them off, with a bit of a struggle mind you but we did manage. it was just a case of a bit at a time and the band eventually stretched enough. It's easier if you have skinny wrists haha
