I started packing last night :)

i'm so glad i'm not the only one who does this kinda stuff!

i practised putting up my new tent. i put my old one up wrongly last year ands it was wonky and a disaster.

i have a draw full of bits n pieces for the festival and a list of things i need to still buy.

i love packing, i cannot wait til glasto! its gonna be amazing this year!x

Quite a list, I am of the male form so a dress may not be necessary...a skirt maybe

Just set up my tent to test it out, gonna be a mother f'er to get back in the sack, one of those pop up ones rather spacious as well in comparison to the one I had last year.

For some reason it didn't occur to me that 3/4 length sleeves would be a bit silly on a raincoat! Oh well. I'll live (just might be a bit ill after Glastonbury).

I haven't exactly been packing as such, but I've been planning for a couple of months now, trying to cut down on the weight of my main camping gear, sorting out a suitable way of getting everything to the camp in one go etc. I'm flying down from Newcastle to Bristol so I've got to keep the weight and quantity of stuff down. It's one hell of a challenge, I usually take a massive car boot full of stuff to Leeds I was worried about how I was going to get a tent in my backpack, but I've figured out that I have a giant holdall on wheels which can carry all my stuff during the journey, then I'm staying with friends in Pilton the night before so I'll leave the holdall and use my rucksack for the rest of the journey, carrying my tent in my hand. And Bob is indeed my uncle

I have been doing the same making list dropping stuff i won't need or hopefully can buy the day before in tesco.

me and my mate have sort of figured that one person takes there backpack puts up the tent then comes back to gate A and help the other who has the majority of the beer to the camp. that is unless we can do it in a oner

I just put my tent up for the first time since last year and, surprisingly, it's still alright. Found a few bits of pieces inside it that I wasn't expecting. Also bought a new sleeping bag today too. I won't go as far as packing it yet but I am starting to build a far collection of things I'll be taking with me. I did start buying my alcohol but then I drank it.

I think the majority of us Glasto go'ers will feel rather ill after the 5 day festivities, and it'll be worth it

A bit premature, I know, but I started packing last night.

I was all Glastonburyed out on the other things to do (and it was a quiet forum day), so I thought I would make a start. Only I discovered that I need most of my things before the end of June so I ended up packing my boyfriend stuff instead.

Anyone else started packing or just me being slightly insane?

I am working at a few fest before Glaso and I have had my rucksack pack (except for clothes) since November........
