See Tickets Confirmation Email

The stress never ends.

I bought a ticket on line last Friday at 17:20 and was promised confirmation email within 24 hours.

Nothing by today Sun 09:00. Also checked my "junk" email box.

Should I be worrying. Did I make an error with my email address. Should I ring See Tickets or wait longer.

I have just done that and the response was

"We have found 1 order and we have emailed the details to "

Assume it should have then shown an email addres but there was none.

Very strange, even if I had used the wrong email address it should have still displayed. I must have entered an email address otherwise it never would have accepted.

This ticket if not for myself but for a "lazy" friend. I now must check with hime that he does not have any other outstanding ticket orders with See Tickets. The retrieval system seems to be a good idea but why not supply a little bit more info.
