Coming in from south

i've never driven before, always taken the coach and camped up near the cinema area because it's a short walk from that entrance. This year though I'm driving and don't know where best to park, I'm staying in Yeovil on the Tuesday night to get there quite early on Wednesday but i expect I'll be leaving on a different road to go north. Anybody any idea if i'll be better camping in the east or west car parks? I want to get to site about 10am on Wednesday probably although I've no idea what kind of traffic I'll be stuck in.

to be honest when you leave the site from any entrance you turn left or right so no matter where your going you can always get to the main road needed and head off from there.

Cool, just thought that if I was in east car park I'd struggle to drive against the traffic coming from the west without getting delayed even more than normal.

depends what time you leave. normally the road both ways are pretty much the same as they put out the temporary traffic lights to filter the traffic. when you thinking of leaving the site?

planning a good long lie in. staying in travel lodge in birmingham on monday night before moving on to glasgow next day. so probably late afternoon cos I'm in no hurry to be anywhere

2007 packed stuff on the sunday morning, after watching the who strolled to the car after getting a final bite to eat and drove straight out no messing. But did have to stop on the way back upto Preston for a kip in the car as was knackered so be careful after living the dream all weekend!
