shuttle bus from castle cary to the campsite

can anyone shed any light in how good/bad the bus service is? im at the station bout 0715 wed will there be a bus ready to go? how big are the buses? will castle cary be absolutely packed at that time in the morning? when i get to the gates, hopefully bout 0800ish will it take me hours to get through the gates?

Sorry for all the bone questions but, its my first time!!!

This has been asked before in the Questions forum. Have a nose around.

But I seem to recall the answer was that it's an efficient service and the queues are pretty short.

It's what I intend to do this year.

It's not too bad, when you arrive it looks as though you're gonna have to wait ages but it doesn't take that long. Wednesday is the best time too so i'm led to believe.

I went down by train in 2007 and got the shuttle from Castle Cary on Wednesday. I think I arrived for around 10ish at cary and was straight onto a bus. There's quite a lot of security/police down there though and I ended up being search quite thoroughly

Once at the gates it didn't take long at all to get in
