travelling down from greater Manchester/ Tameside area

Anyone goin to Glasto from the Greater Manchetser are/ Tameside. If there happens to be anyone from round this area do ya fancy pre fest meet and travel down en masse.

tameside FTW! Few of us heading from there on the weds. People usually set off about 6:30am ish so look out for the glasto stickers on the m67/60!

in Manchester, not decided how going to get there yet, be either the coach or train, anyone done either before from Manchester and recommend one?

i did the coach from manchester last year and it was pretty good! all on time and everything.

even lost the ticket for the way back and they were organised and had a list of names so let us get on

driving this year though. pretty worried about getting lost without sat nav (don't wanna risk losing it!) but want to be able to make 2 trips with stuff from the car. didn't take any booze last year cos we'd have had to carry it all so it got pretty expensieve!

I'm just in Levenshulme mate, but I am going down the weekend before for the Solstice and to work. I would meet up otherwise

No worries mate. their dont seem to be too many on e fest that are goin to glasto.
