Question about refunds

The glastonbury website states that:

'If you are unable to come to the Festival and require a refund for your ticket, please contact Seetickets at glastonbury@seetickets.com, or telephone 0844 412 4626 before midnight May 8th.'

Im just wondering whether this means tonight at midnight, ie when it becomes May 8th. Or tomorrow night at midnight. I presume it's the latter but im not sure. Sorry for this seemingly stupid question, but it has caused me some confusion. Any help would be great, Cheers.

hmmm...that's a tricky one! It isn't very clear really!!!! If you want to refund a ticket, I'd do it now. Christ, is it the 8th already!!!!

Hmmm my mate who has a ticket has smashed his ankle to bits and is having an operation on the wednesday of Glastonbury.

What are the chances of him getting his money back? even if he provides medical records!

Pretty much no chance unless he bought the insurance I think they where touting...

Worse case senioro send it to the glasto office with a letter... Sometimes they can be kind...
