I love their first album very much, with all my heart and soul: I never really dreamed of seeing them live! This should be quite a treat!

Any idea of time of day they'll be playing - I guess they're not big enough to headline.....?

I've just done a little bit of internet research, and, er.... the leader of the enguin cafe orchestra appears to have died a few years back, very sadly :-(((

So what sort of line-up are we going to get, and what sort of performance...?

Ok, a bit more rserach, and this Penguin Cafe Line-up is actually led by the oringal founders son. Here's the info:

"Arthur Jeffes has brought together a group of musicians to create Music from the Penguin Café, playing the music of his father, Simon Jeffes and the Penguin Café Orchestra and combining it with some of his own compositions. The ensemble that Arthur has drawn together are about the same age as the original members of the PCO when they first started playing together in the late 1970s. Music from the Penguin Café will be touring from June this year into the early autumn, playing at festivals, concert venues, clubs and parties"
