"Cheers Rob, yeah that reading gig was mental, all abit of a blur. We didn't get paid and they said they'd never have us back. We were unaware that the mics on the drum kick cost like 2grand each, so thats why the stage crew were freaking out. Ah silly boys !!!

for crowd interaction this video has to be top of the list. if you dont like metal then turn your speaks off or mute it, you only need to watch and read to understand why i bring this up. to get a feeling for size, this tent is probably twice the size of the reading nme tent before they made it bigger in 08.

there is another angle from someones phone. if you see a shiney bald head then its me. but not the short guy on the left.

The solo in this just.. Totally gets me every time... such a haunting song by an incredible band.

This is them at their most energetic, i'm so happy i got to see this band in 07, Bring on the Europe tour later this year!

The best QOTSA live moment is (I think) Reading 05 during a overlong and indulgant instrumental towards the end of one song by which point the audience has lost intrest and gone silent and you can hear someone shout 'come on Josh!'
