see tickets...

Hi guys,

I am just wondering if any of you might be able to help me with a problem regarding the wonderful see tickets.

I appreciate this is in the wrong forum, but Im just hoping someone will help me!

I'm sure at some of you would've had problems with them in the past aswell and I'm hoping you might be able to give me some tips on how to deal with my problem!

basically, I ordered 2 STANDING tickets for the Oasis gig at Wembley in July, a fact which is also confirmed by the confirmation email which they sent me after I brought them.

However, I've just checked the ticket tracker thing and now its telling me that I brought 2 SEATING tickets.

I've rung them and apparently someone's going to ring me in the next 48 hours, but I'm not hopeful about this.

I'm just wondering if anyone has had any similar problems with them and what they did to resolve the situation?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I certainly do have my confirmation email. Not good enough according to them.

I got an email back from them telling me they "oversold general admission tickets"....or sold tickets they didnt have basically and they cant change them.

I hate using see tickets. I bought queens of the stone age tickets through them a few years ago for a show that sold out really quickly. A few days later I got an email from them saying there had been a problem with the credit card used and that the order was canceled. I know for a fact that there was nothing wrong woth the card that I used, but they just canceled the order because they had obviously sold too many tickets. I ended up having to pay nearly double the cost on ebay.
