Parking Routes

Last year we had an orange parking sticker and sent down the orange route. All very functional.

This year we've got a green parking sticker. But i don't see a green route on the map.

So is green universal or what? tell meh pls.

there's only one colour sticker for public parking, but they change it every year. mine was orange last year and green this year too.

i think it was just coincidence that you were sent down the orange route last year.

oh rite. shows how much i know, lol.

i was worried beacuse my firends got his ticket etc and i havent got mine yet. Thought we might have ended up having to split our 2 car convoy, but looks like we don't have to worry about that now.

Sadly no - the color / shape have little to do with the road management system for regular punters, unless you arrive stupid early / late on the wednesday your generally "forced" down a path miles away. The sticker simply tells the police (and then later the stewards) that your allowed "in the area" as without it (and without no other like a "local resident pass" ) you officially get nowhere near the site

In the real world things work differently..... as many on this site can confirm

Just like 2004 then (though it was pink that year).

Not driving this year but purchased a parking ticket anyway, they make the coolest car stickers in the world, will go nicely with the orange one from last year on my rear window.

i've got the 2004 one i peeled off my old car when i sold it, and an unused 2007 one somewhere.

last years is still on my windscreen and i'll replace it with this years.

i don't want loads but i want other glastonians to recognise me
