The friend i have been going to Glasto with for the past 10 years is celebrating his 30th on the Thursday night at Glasto. Can anyone recommend places we can go to make it memorable for him. Not sure what is going to be open. Your help is needed :D

Cider Bus Meet Part Deux is always a good bet for a good start to a Thursday night! And then you can blag lots of pints off folks!

If you and your friend like a good boogie why not come along to the ''Gay Meet' at the Cider Bus on Thursday evening then on to a Disco somewhere. Don't worry it is open to everyone (see *HERE*) - you don't have to be Gay.

At last count here are about 40 confirmed so far; including a couple celebrating their wedding at the Festival!

(Keep an eye on the related threads on the main chat forum by Chocscoffer and venuss btw)

It should be a lot of fun with people dressing up etc. We will be having a good night - you are welcome to join us if you are interested.

It's all very casual and will be a good, fun way of spending part of Thursday evening.

Well before it all gets very messy, what about tea and cake in the treehouse cafe in The Park?

In fact you could wait until it's very messy indeed - you get Tea pots and strainers and milk jugs to control, they also did lovely scones, you could bring candles and sing him Happy Birthday.

You could also climb to the top of the Ribbon Tower?
