Just tried to retrieve my boyfriends reference number using his card details and post code. It didn't work and says there is no order. Now trying to call See but the number won't work. Any ideas of alternative numbers? I'm on the West End one at the moment.

Phew...it's OK! Ticket is fine, ordered, we now have ref number. The man then started making excuses for why they hadn't all be dispatched yet without me saying anything about it at all. He must have lots of people calling up at the moment!

Mine did that the other week and I nearly had a heart attack but called up and it was fine. Not a nice moment when you first see it though.
