Caravan/Campervan fields

Now that tickets have begun to be delivered can anyone shed any light on how it's gonna work regarding campsites for the vans?Read a while since that there was to be a new site on the west side of the complex,are we gonna get different tickets for different van areas or is it gonna be first come first served?We're coming from the M5 through Glastonbury,if the first site is full it's gonna be a hell of a logistical nightmare to turn caravans/campervans away and direct them round the site to the next site.Anyone sussed how it's gonna work?

could do with knowing about parking in the west side. its going to be a complete ball bag for me to get to the east side.

My thoughts entirely,would be fun with my caravan on the back being directed right through the marauding masses to another site on the opposite side from the motorway we'll use!Just seem to remember someone who'd got their tickets the other day saying they'd got a "blue" campervan ticket as if the colour differentiated the camping fields.

yeah blue route is the campervan field on the east side of the site.

The last I heard was the west campervan fields were designated as overflow, I.e. Everyone should do the Blue route to the east, as usual.

(It's an odd plan in some ways... But not heard anything different yet)

I read that the new west camper fields are for "families"

However I wasnt asked if I wanted a "family" camper ticket, although I only got mine a few days ago so maybe there was not choice left?

Has anyone out of interest got a different colour campervan ticket?I wondered if they based your campsite on your postcode or some such idea.Eg London post code-east camp site,Bristol/North west,west camp site? Cheers.
