Sorry to post a could they? thread, but they're one of my most favourite bands ever, and never got the chance to see them.

I see they're playing meltdown as a collaboration with patti smith, so presumably not their own set as such which I'd prefer to see, so was wondering if anyone (neil?) had heard anything about them playing glasto or not.

....they'd be my absolute must see.

....I'm pretty pessimistic about the chances like the rest of you, kind of relying on a possible park stage slot as would seem the most likely stage to me if they were to play, and late promotion of 13 blues...as only came out 2008 (tho they don't really do promotion)

...oh and martpol, all their stuff is good, but I'd definitely recommend getting 13 blues for thirteen moons, and horses in the sky. They go down a route of usings vocals much more rather than the instrumental they have left us... but it reeally works. Amazing band and I love them now as much as I love GS!BE.
