I've been trying to get through to bloody seetickets all day but i can't.

When i put my card number into retrieve reference number its tellign me no order can be found!!

Is there any email address for see? the only one i can find is one which is i need a reference number.

And do i get chargedfor being on hold?

this happened to me too. it was all fine in the end, i phoned the them up gave them my glasto reg number answered a couple of questions and they gave me my ref number and confirmed the order. also if the money has left your account you'll be fine

have you tried 0115 9934183? i called it today and got straight through to a glastonbury team, worth a try?

I got through in 3 rings to the Glastonbury team.
