And here was me about to do a thread about how useful they've been, after they agreed to change the address on our tickets (even though we heard it was too late to do this) the girl did it. This was after a 15 minute wait for someone to answer

We get confirmation email- address is spelt wrong. We call back, again long wait on the phone, address is changed, no email confirmation received but the website shows it's wrong. Again. Other half now been on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get through again.

Am tempted to write a letter of complaint and ask for some money to be refunded, it's disgusting the amount of time they've made us wait becasue they've cocked up. Twice. Anyone else had similar problems?

It's pure hit or miss the service you get from them. I had a problem with them last week, not about Glasto but another gig. First girl I spoke to was useless. I called back later and got a guy called Luke (I think) and he couldn't have been more helpful.

They can be fine but it does depend which operator you get.
