No Confirmation Email

Hey all

Just a quick question, since my friend who booked her ticket in the bunch that came free a couple of weeks ago has had the money come out of her account but no confirmation email. Has anyone else experienced this and should we be worried?

From what I've read I don't think this is anything to worry about, the advice seems to be to ring seetickets and they will (eventually) sort it out for you

yes, i'm sure if the money has come out she should be okay.

might be worth checking her spam filter stuff as well, just in case?

I didn't get a confirmation E-mail when I paid in full so I phoned seetickets and they forwarded it to me . . . I got my tickets about a week ago.

try see ticket tracker put in her reg no and the post code they were booked to

I had the same problem so i called up and they said the system has issues with certain email providers in my case aol.So they asked for another email address so i used hotmail and they sent it out within minutes.

I did not get any email because of my own error entering my email address.

Could not use tracker because did not have order nos. Phoned See Tickets and all ok, they also gave me oder nos so can now check on tracker any time. I gave them corrected email address and they said would send email but never came.

If money has been taken then you must be 100% ok.
