I seem to remember finding myself in this state at around that time, sitting in a tipi with about a dozen mates. There wasn't any music but we were dancing anyway . . . :lol: which I think is just the point, once you're that wasted it doesn't matter where you are, you make your own fun.

i know of the dance you speak. me and my mates did that dance whilst sitting down relaxing a couple of weeks ago, while 'under the sea' was playing. but it took the real troopers to keep on dancing along to a youtube video of the swedish chef from the muppets.

i forsee myself getting in this state a couple of times. i am always aware at festivals tho that i don;t want to sleep through the next day and ruin it for myself or my mates.

i'm thinking one night like this at shangri-la and one at the stone circle. also determined to do bassline circus, trash-city and rabbit hole at some point. i'm never going to manage all that. but hey, its my first glasto and you know how ambitious virgins can be :D

Well last year I had a knackering week leading up to Glastonbury and I was seriously rubbish at staying up late until the Sunday night. I then spent it in the Park and had a real laugh....one of my friends got complimented for his amazing and individual fashion sense because he was wearing a duvet (amongst other clothes), and another got chatted up by a lady who was a wee bit older than him, maybe 20 years because of his great dance moves. :D Oh yeah, then another friend of ours was very drunk and ended up chatting up two girls who turned out to be 15! He was 25 at the time! Whoops. He didn't live that down for a while!!!

I have to say the following morning I felt awful. I could barely walk let alone carry anything. Thank God for my boyfriend who carried everything whilst I had my hand bag. Whoops!
