Chimps in Balaclavas
Can anyone recommend a good place to camp that is roughly situated between the Pyramid & Stone circle as that's where I spend most of my time? In the past I've pitched in Big Ground, Wicket Ground & somewhere else I can't remember but seemed miles from anywhere. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance. niceandfriendly
pennard hill or park home? http://www.glastonbury2009.info/wp-content...eguide09map.jpg this year's my first so can't give any personal experience, but location wise they seem to be what you're after. gemstarrr
whose idea was it to put the cinema right next to the acoustic tent?! lol there was noting wrong with it being at the far end! if you wanted to watch a film you'd amble over! i always plan where i'm going to camp then when i get there drop my tent in the first place that looks decent haha. regret it later tho so gonna force myself to walk longer this year methinks! everyone bangs on about pennards so think we'll try there does anyone know if it's too cramped there though? wanted to make a campfire this year so need abit of space! then again not sure if you'd get enough anywhere :/

muddyslingbax
but please don't come with your fires, chinese lanterns or bongo's
gemstarrr
I agree, I wish they'd left the cinema where it was beside Wicket from my limited experience of Pennards it's pretty crowded and cramped, not sure how much room there is for a fire. Depends when you're getting to the site of course
