are you serious?!

just think what you could be doing in the time you'd have to spend to have a shower every day! yeah sure go for one on the saturday morning or something to make you feel revived but once a day is pointless when everyone else is dirty anyway! knowing my luck i'd probably slip in the mud on the way back to my tent anyway!

The showers you are referring to are at the Tipi Spa Sauna.

The problem last year was that many people were paying the £3 entry fee just to have a shower. The problem was that for any sauna users emerging from the sauna for a cool off shower, were having to wait in a queue behind people who were going to have a proper shower. And with there being only two showers, and people spending 10 minutes or more in the showers at a time this caused a bit of wait for a sauna user to get a cool-off shower. And it was using a lot of the vaulable water supply too. By the Sunday afternoon last year, the owner was only allowing entry for sauna users only. Anyone wanting simply a shower there, were turned away. This may be the procedure this year too. And the privacy curtains on the two showers may be taken away too, as this will deter people spending ages in there at a time.

If you want a shower and a sauna, then by all means use Tipi Spa Sauna. But if you want just a shower, then best to use the Greenpeace showers which are FREE. The Kidz Field showers are also FREE. And I believe there's another set of showers up by the Cinema Field, also FREE.

Oh and Sam's Sauna have private hot showers available. Once again FREE of charge. Shower only users wont cause a disruption to sauna users here, as there is seperate cold only showers there too, which is what sauna users really need.
