blur vs prodigy vs echo & bunnymen vs peaches

Peaches? I have heard interesting stuff from her and was looking forward to catching her set and checking it out.

The Bunnymen, well, it the Bunnymen!

Blur and the Prodigy, well, its a generational thing!

It also looks like a clash between Bat for Lashes and Tom Jones/Madness! All I would love to see! Fingers crossed it will be more a Tom Jones clash!

I may be able to catch Back to the Planet at the glade, but they look as their on at around the same time!

Yest another festival where I don't get to catch Seth Lakeman!, because I'm not going to make it over to avalon and back again!

Saturday, Both strong lines ups on the Pyramid and other stage, I may be able to catch the King Blues over at avalon.I think from Spinal Tap onwards,its gonna be a pyramid day which is a shame as Maximo Park and pendulum are two acts I would like to catch along with La Roux. The Wonderstuff are at beautiful days so I can miss them this time.

Friday, the other stage appeals more, with the exception of the Specials! Who are a must see for a man of my age. (though headliners clashing with Ray Davis and the Blockheads is no help)

There are nasty clashes throughout the weekend. Almost wish I was going to a festival without nearly the same variety of choices simply so I wouldn't get that horrible feeling of missing out on something. Almost.

Probably go for Bon Iver, even though he's on again on sunday I think it'll be special up in the park. with such a long springsteen set might even be able to catch a little bit of that first.

All main stages close at the same time (license thing). Audio Bully's and DJ Format were on in the Dance Lounge, which is smaller and doesn't have the same restriction as the main dance tents.

Ragin .... who decided on that, surely it was obvious that both those bands are roughly the same generation icons, I have seen the prodigy before so it'll most likely be blur, but its because ive seen the prodigy before that i dont wanna miss it

although the lineups not quite as good as i was expecting, The Tap are gunna make my year i think... i missed lats year too, so the atmosphere alone im sure will make up for it....
