Average? WTF? This is England in the summer with a festival that occurs during the recognised natural monsoon season for Blighty! In my 10 times of attending in 14 years there has NEVER been an 'average' year with the weather.

Just go prepared for anything and everything and even if the sun shines for the first 2 days NEVER LEAVE THE WELLIES IN THE CAR!

If you want to discuss an average of sorts though it is the above, 2 days of lush, reassuring sun that promptly goes a wee bit tits up with the wetness sometime after sundown on the Thursday.
