Car Parking

Just read on the website that you can only go back to collect camping gear until the sat 12noon. So if i was to store some booze in the car, is it correct that i cannot collect it or get to my car after the saturday?? im confused....its seems weird that if most folk arrive on the friday, surely they would have all their camping gear up and ready to go so they wouldnt need to go back to their car for camping gear?????

It's the same as last year. It also says that you can only take booze in on your first trip from the car park. Once you have your wrist band you cannot collect anymore booze from your car. Tent and beer only on the first trip then.

cheers for the reply, god that sucks really, that was why i was takin the car, so tht i cld store shit loads of drink in the boot for me and my mates, will have to rethink my plan!!

Last year i went out 2 meet some mates in the car park arriving a couple hours after me! HElped them carry in their booze! Nobody stopped me.

yeh they only started this last year they give u a ticket to go out, plan is to persuade the drunk friends to come out and help you carry stuff!

Yeah it is a bluddy awful rule about taking drink in on the first trip. Last year we had far too much of everything. But we managed a 8 man tent, a 3 foot long boom box, sleeping bags, our bags of clothes, 4 liters of voddy, 200 cans (that had fell out the boxes as they got dropped an bashed so much trying to stuff everything in the car and were now being dragged along in a black bag lol) and 4 boxes of wine and 4 liters of water ALL IN THE FIRST TRIP!!! Hands were sore as but at least we didny have to go back to the car :-)

Anyone else manage everything in on first go?
