yeah..cheers, i mean you may remember i posted earlier stating i just didnt get it...and you kind people put a bit of effort in reccommending tunes, set lists and all.....

i think im starting to dig it...i have a feeling he is more of a have to see it live kinda guy....im using the basis that springsteen live is like a completly different artist in the studio

and i think nick cave and the bad seeds are the same sorta thing, tell me if im wrong,.....

but im actually not that reluctant to stand through a set now....and i probably will give him a go....

ill be in such a brilliant mood after tom jones and madness anyway

Never regret!

I'll probably go and see Nick Cave. But if one revelation improved Glastonbury for me, it was the realisation that as long as you're having fun it doesn't matter what you're missing.

So if you stumble on a fascinating show at the outside theatre stage, then realise you're missing a Beatles reunion on the main stage, don't sweat it. Enjoy the moment.

(OK, Beatles reunion might be a bad example)

I was lucky enough to see Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds twice last year and they blew me away both times. Grinderman at Latitude was also an amazing set.

If you want some more inspiration the Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds BBC Four Session from last year was a great live set and definitely worth a watch.

Hopefully it's on torrent sites or youtube.

personally i feel that whatever your feelings on nick cave are, amazing or not, second from top on the pyramid is very misjudged..surely he would better suited somewhere else? I can't see a huge crowd going for him. i'm not dismissing him at all, i just feel this seems a strange slot.

Im a massive fan and really pleased that he is playing...However, i have only seen him in small ish venues ie manchester apollo and love the immense feeling that you get - you can close you eyes and feel the music moving through you. I do wonder what he will be like out in the open - i hope just as fantastic.
