A little suggestion

If you are disappointed by this years line-up I have a suggestion for you.

Stop being so lazy - stop moaning - and get investigating.

After having studied the line up for the last day and a bit, I was initially underwhelmed. So I picked a list of names that guys on here have talked of, and bands playing on the stages I like - and now I am downloading their albums - and I am sure there will be plenty that I love.

There are loads of legal places to get to hear the music - Spotify - MySpace - Band Websites - even snippets on itunes. It just takes a little effort on your part to go find it (eFestivals has even kindly gone to the effort of putting links to the majority of the bands websites in the line-up).

So go forth and discover all the new music that is available at what is, THE greatest festival in the world.

Oh yeah, and have a fun festival

I for one am looking upon this year's line up as the best ever excuse to go and really get into the fun in the Green Fields. If I havent whittled my own walking stick/painted a plate/made a dreamcatcher or whatever then I will be upset.

Yep, I have done the same. Started to go through the rumours list a few weeks back and looked at what people were talking about on here and then looked for the music online.

I watched the chain-saw carving up there in 2007 - when can I learn to do that ???
