Well that was nothing like I expected. Cejudo looked nervous coming out and I knew then he wasn't gonna do it, the occasion got the better of him. 

Taking nothing away from Mighty Mouse though. Absolute, total beast!

Madness! Im awoke last night at 4am with a teething child and cant get back asleep so Im reading about JJ & DC as headline for 200, thinking thats that. The UFC will stick by their guns and cut off the nose. Manage to get two hours more kip eventually and I wake up to the Mrs saying I see McGregor is back in 200! 

Felt really odd for some reason.

If confirmed by the UFC it makes sense. Stupid to throw away all that money and Im sure UFC 197 PPV figures had the stubborn stance on the ropes.

The soap opera continues, Dana White has come out and said Conor ISN'T on the card for UFC 200 and doesn't know why Conor tweeted what he did.

I think all the business with Conor, its gotten much more attention in the press than UFC would normally get.

Its all free marketing. Thats all it is.

For the brand name maybe but I wouldn't want to see Conor back on the card now, Dana has to stick to his guns and not let the talent run rough shot over the company.

For McGregor. Overshadowing other fighters now. Jon Jones was back on Saturday! I hope Dana doesnt put him back on the card. I dont think he will.

Still have 198, 199 and a couple of good Fight Nights before 200. McGregor could be done after his next two fights.

Hope he gets it, I said at beginning of the year that if Overeem gets a tite shot he will be champ by end of year.

Anderson Silva out of fight with Uriah Hall on Saturday, it's maybe time to call it a day, he is 41 now. Maybe one last fight for the fans and so he can hopefully go out with a win.

Disappointing about Silva, seems its a stomach thing. Doubt the'll get someone at 4 days notice to fight Hall? Shame as its a very strong card.

Some really good fights last night and a fair amount of finishes. New Heavyweight champion too, Got to think they make Miocic vs Overeem now and give Jacare a shot at Rockhold/Weidman winner.
