It's not a widely known thing and they specifically don't advertise this, but you can pay for your parking on the gate. At least that has been the case in the past, I don't see any reason why this wouldn't continue. So by all means help someone out who has a spare (although I believe it's technically against the Ts & Cs of the ticket purchase) but if you can't get hold of one it's probably not the end of the world.
