If tickets didn't arrive....

What would happen if the tickets didn't turn up in time - as in what is the process? We have to set off at ridiculous o'clock on Wednesday morning for what is our annual holiday, having shut the business for a week, forked out a small fortune for van hire etc etc.

Is there a way dealing with this - after all they have had our money for quite some time so we have paid for "the goods" and expect to receive them, so we are dammed well going! How would the gate people deal with a group who have paid but not actually received the tickets?

I've looked at the main site but there's no info on this (or I can't find it). Has this happened to anyone, and what was the result?

Cheers.

I'd imagine it would be arranged for you to pick them up at the ticket office at PGA :D

At least this is what was used when people were oredering in the week of Glastonbury last year and they didn't have time to deliver them.

I wouldn't worry too much. There's 3 weeks until you need them :D

If your tickets havent arrived the following could have/ should:

You were out on time of collection and therefore a slip would have been put through your postbox instead and the tickets sent to your nearest Post Depot with the reference number on there. You go to the post office hand your slip in sign for tickets and receive them there and then.

If this has not happened or see tickets haven't printed them or you do not travel to pick them up, i beleive there is a queing point in/near one of the car parks for you to go and give a name and your registration number and then they will give you tickets/a wristband or something to get you in.

:D
