BIRTHDAY BOYS AND GIRLS

Its my 29th birthday on the 24th June (Wednesday)... but I've just found out that the girlfriend can't get that day off work! So I have the choice of either travelling by myself on the Wednesday morning and "celebrating" my birthday on my tod, or missing a day of the festival and travelling with the missus on Thursday... :P

After about 30 seconds thought I've decided to come on the Wednesday :P Should be interesting celebrating my birthday with a bunch of random people! I'll be at the efests meet at the Cider bus wearing a Glasto 2004 T-shirt and possibly a birthday boy badge, so come say hello and share a drink with me!

I am 40 this year but not until 8 September. Glasto is an early celebration though :P

Two of my friends that are coming get married on 19 September so it's a mini stag and hen do (with 5 of us!) for them.

At some point we will be wandering round the site wearing white t shirts with 'It's Jenny's 40th!' on the front and 'Anita and Matt are getting married! on the back - look out for us!! :P

P.S. Many Happy Returns to all that do have a birthday there this year!!!

Some of us were blessed with Glastobirthdays, being born in late June has many advantages. Being 6 months from Christmas is good, the sun is out occasionally, and people don't cheapskate you with combined birthday/christmas presents. However, nothing beats the pleasure of a Glastonbirthday.

2009 will be my 4th such gift from Mr Eavis & co, and I turn the BIG 40 on the Thursday to boot. My missus and two of my mates are also celebrating turning 40 this year so it's gonna be a hoot ;) . Watch out for a gang of oil sheikhs speaking in tongues. ;)

I wonder how many other people share this blessing and if anyone else will be celebrating this year. It would be great to meet up with other Glastobirthdayers.

PEACE :(
