Rhyscot
Heey again, just wondering, if me and my friend were able to get the money for the two tickets and they were still all sold out appart from the aged 13 - 15 tickets, would anyone be interested in adding two of those child tickets to their current order ? This really is a long shot but i could give you our telephone number and you could speak to our parents etc etc. and things could be sorted out. This is if things do get desperate which i fear they could do if we cant get hold of tickets of See :S. Completely understand if people think its a waste of time for them, but it would be great help. Thanks again.
xxtinkerbellxx
How do you add extra tickets?
Rhyscot
I think it only applies to those who's tickets havn't come yet, but im guessing you re-enter your regestration number along with ours into the seetickets site and then purchase the two more as it holds the information about your last purchase. This is just a guess :S

newagehippie
Its a whole different vibe at glastonbury man. have you tried seetickets and attempting to buy adult tickets... I doubt they would ID and refuse you entry at the gates if you had a adult ticket instead of a 15-18 one.

flibbitybob
Are you sure that the tickets can't have been sent already? Could it just be that they need the registration number of an over 16, rather than necessarily sending them all together or anything?! I've got my ticket but if that's the case I'll help you out, although I'm not over 21, which some festivals say you have to be, as the sort of responsible adult... if you see what I mean! I think quite a lot of people now have their tickets, most if not all of my friends do.

Rhyscot
From what ive heard accross the topics, a person who has already purchased a adult tcikets may be able to edit their order and add two child ones to the order. Which probly means entering your regestration number again, aswel as ours and then just purchasing the extra two. But thats kind of a guess. mikeb
I'm 99.9% sure that dates of birth didn't come into the registration process etc. and for >12yo, tix are the same price as adult tix. The only real problem is I believe that non-adult tickets are printed as such (i.e. say "child" or whatever on them) and are only valid for entry when accompanied by the Responsible Adult who may also be named on the ticket. They used to feature the Responsible Adult's piccy as well I seem to remember but I don't think that's the case now as everyone >12yo has to be registered. The Responsible Adult does not have to be the parent so surnames being different is not an issue. Anyways, the point is that if you're going to try some 'alternative' means then do make sure that you fully understand any conditions that might be attached ! First step being to check out The Official Glasto Website Ticket FAQ and see what the T&Cs actually state - it's not working for me just now but will doubt be back and/or much less busy some time later on tonight. PS: Best be leaving that fine looking trolley stacked 6' high with assorted beverages various at home if there is any possibility that you're likely to be sailing through the gates on a child ticket mind you Edited May 29, 2009 by mikeb
