You can get gas powered hair straighteners

Sanitary products - whatever she uses (though she can buy a mooncup on site, much better )

Face wipes

Hair bands if she's got long hair

Spare pills, whatever pills she may be on, but that works for lads too

Besides that pretty much the same as a lad would need, I would think, as long as lads need a small mirror, moisturiser sachets and eyeliner
