car park pass

Just got my tickets yesterday, but no car park pass/sticker. We did order 1 and it says so on slip attached to tickets. Has anyone else got the same problem? Going to give seetickets a call on Monday.

Kinda the same thing with me, apart from on the slip attached it says 0 car park ticket even though it shows on the tracker. I rang see last night and they are getting back to me today.

I had the same thing and have phoned See who say they've had a few mistakes like this - took my number and send they would send me one. I'm not convinced (it is See tickets) so I'm going to be phoning every few days to check... suggest you do the same

Will definetly be doing the same. They seem pretty incomopetent at See. I've worked in direct Mailing in the past and in some cases its a bunch of no marks collating the letters,tickets,carpark pass by hand and then inserting into envelope. So mistakes are very easy to make. No one checks the work so mistakes will happen and often. It wont surprise me if we get a lot of posts on here about this.

Had the same problem except I'm missing a campervan ticket. Have so far spoken to three different people at SEE, the last one being last week when I was assured that the missing ticket would be sent and I would receive it before Wed (today!!). Guess what? .............Still no ticket :(

Have tried to ring countless times this afternoon but kept getting either engaged or a network problem message. Not happy at all. :(

I recieved my tickets yesterday but had no carpark ticket, and like you lot, it states on the top ticket that there should be one...

I spoke to a girl in Seetickets about this and she said ''thats because the tickets are sent out seperately to the festival tickets'' thought it sounded dodgy so i questioned her on this, was put on hold and she then admitted that it was their mistake and that they would send one out to me.

Will be going home in a few hours to check my mail... but i recon ill be phoning seetickets again soon and probably not for the last time....
