A problem regarding my ticket.

I bought a Glastonbury ticket on the 2nd May and regrettably deleted the confirmation e-mail I recieved from my inbox.

I've tried to retrieve my reference number on the website and it is stating that 'there are no orders found' under my details (Postcode and last digits on card).

The money has been taken from my account so I was just wondering if there's anything to worry about? I'm assuming they'll arrive if the money has been debited? :unsure:
