shazbam
Thanks for posting this , I found this very useful last year - ya just have to make sure you turn the app off when you dont want it to run , I took 5 spare phone batteries with me so was all good and I had battery power to spare. beergut100
As Sifimaster said though, I didn't really see any advantage over a paper guide. And maybe I didn't quite understand how it worked, but I did keep closing the app, but every time I tried to make a call or anything, the f**king thing opened again. Really irritating! Pinhead
Like many of these so described 'free' apps in disguise, they are really designed primarily to be marketing and publicity delivery clients for your phone. This is why I don't have a iPhone - my phone is mine, not a consumer marketing client for Apple or my carrier.

halvin
I downloaded it last year to my N95 and it worked quite nicely. When I got to the festival I switched to using my SE K750i and kept getting blank messages all weekend. It wasn't until I got home and googled the number that I found out they were from GlastoNav. I'm not entirely sure why text messages are handset-specific.

beergut100
Apparently they give you a heads up on the special guests. Yes, I know that the Q paper also does this.
