Is 'glasto month' going slow for anyone else?

For me the anticipation is more this year than it was last year.

Partly because last year I only bought my ticket at the beginning of June, and it was my first Glasto, I didn't know how good it was going to be, along with a very hectic time at work at the same time meant I didn't have time to think about it.

This year I know how awesome it will be, and all my thoughts are focused on it. Work is easier so not distracting me much.

Well it sort of is, sort of isn't. I can't wait for the festival and it has really dragged up to now, but now we are in June, It is sort of going quickly. I have sooooo much to do at work as I am off for 5 days for Glastonbury plus two days the week before. Adding up in my head, come Monday I am down to only having another 8 days in the office before Glastonbury. That terrifies me as the past three days seem to have flown by and my workload has only got heavier!

Aaarg...getting stressed again now. I am hoping that Glastonbury will suddenly it me on the head, preferably having cleared the workload.

well for me i got married at the end of may last year, then went on honeymoon and had no intention of going ( i'd been to the previous 4 glasto's). when the festival came round though i was devastated!! luckily there were still tickets available so i bought one on the thursday night and drove down friday (i'm sure my wife hasn't forgiven me still). This year my wife is coming with me for the first time and although i'm intensly excited (more so than ever before) i'm enjoying every minute of the build up.

Actually, Im finding it's passing a bit too quickly, but that'll be the pessimist in me. Keep thinking 'Yay it's nearly here!' :D then 'Oh no it's nearly over!' ;)
