but my mate just got reply from festival organisers, they r saying, nooooooooooooo stoves this year

wot a pain, but hay, doesnae matter wot, its gonna b fken ace time

This is what is wrong with Rockness. Jim King only said yesterday that yes you can take stoves, then you email the website and get told a completely different answer. Below is Jims answer on the stove question.

to the person who asked about gas cookers. you can bring in a small stove but thats it. no large cannisters for obvious reasons.

Take your stove and if they say anything, just say that you want to speak to Jim King as he said it was ok to bring them.

Only thing I will say is, i'm sure someone mentioned in another topic, that they had the small canister taken off them...and were left with just the stove.

So prob best to put it right at the bottom of your bag.
