Ticket cancellation :(

Hi,

unfortunately it looks like I'm going to have to cancel my ticket. When I booked them I hadn't been feeling all that well and knew there was a possibility that I may not be able to make it so took out insurance. Unfortunately my health hasn't improved so I've come to the decision that I should cancel.

I've looked at the glasto website and phoned see tickets but can't figure out how i go about cancelling it and what's detailed in the insurance policy (e.g will need to provide doctors note). All seetickets have said is 'return the ticket' but this doesn't sit well with me :s

Can anyone help?

I thought you could cancel if you'd taken out insurance through seetickets ...

You prob need to return the ticket as well though.

Yeh seetickets have said to return the ticket, which I will but surely they'll need a doctors note?

Sorry you don't feel you can make it. That's really rubbish!

Did you ever get sent some sort of certificate of insurance? Maybe there are details on there of what you need to do. I would want to see something in writing prior to sending my ticket back to See.

totally agree, i wouldn't feel comfortable just #sending the ticket back' and relying on someone doing as they said they would on the phone

talk's cheap..people say anything to make things easier for themselves

so get something in writing from see , and make sure you send the ticket recorded/special delivery
