aaah, you're reading too much into it, its not that complicated. simply :

- purchase festival ticket for summer sundae

- get to DMH, exchange ticket for wristband.

- wear wristband on wrist all weekend.

- have ability to come and go as you please.

you can wear the wristband for as long as you want post festival (NB, i find it a bit skanky, those people still wearing wristbands from previous festivals. However, i award kudos to the chap who sold me petrol at tebay service station, and was still wearing last years pink fringe festival wristband, made me smirk somewhat).

PS, lose wristband = no festival, you dont want to lost your wristband.

PPS, wristband no longer entitles wearer to access at DMH events after 16th August 2009. You could try, but frankly i doubt very much it'll work should you try and use said wristband to see the chuckle brothers / jls / susan boyle**
