The Shuttle Bus Service

Just out of curiosity, how long do the shuttle buses take from Castle Cary to the Glastonbury site ? My mate claims they take up to 1 and a half hours on the bus which would be a right pain, so how long do they actually take ?

Also, my mate claims they cost anything between £10/20 and after reading on the Glastonbury Website, it clearly states :

"There's a free shuttle bus for Festival ticket holders running between the train station and the Festival Bus Station."

So im really unsure :S
