Face painters needed for Glasto World Cup

Can anyone coming to support the event do facepainting?

We thought if you made a charge that covered your costs and some extra for WaterAid it would help with the atmosphere and fundraising.

I used to do fluro stuff but I am not what you call an artist. Certainly not in the dog/spiderman/butterfly kind of category!

All we need is someone with a picture list of flags and an array of paint colours though yes? Haha!

I don't have the stuff but I can paint.

Edit: It looks like you can get a starter kit for about a tenner, so it should be easy to cover those kind of costs. Or, as I haven't donated yet, the tenner could me by contribution.

ahhh I used to have all the stuff the books of pictures the works when I had the pub for kids fun days and I have just binned it all because I am moving.

Never managed spiderman but I can do the usual butterflies, animals and stuff.

I will have a look see. If I can get the paints and stuff for a good price I will do it.

Hi ,

I'm bringing 2 art students that are doing special effects make up course Stef and Jenna , They are both up for doing the facepainting and can bring along some flag pictures . They have facepaint/spnoges/brushes etc.. but may need to stock up on a couple more colors :-)

Mrs Rostalof, (Artist/Art Teacher/Part time face painter) just told me she'd love to face paint on the day. The team seems to be coming together beautifully. She also reckons snazaroo is the way to go. See you all in 2 and a half weeks, just can't wait any longer!!!

Right! Hogga, Chaz etc. are very busy with the World Cup so we need to organise ourselves! The list of face painters looks like:

• Luscious Lucy

• Pineapple Tea

• Tazyb

• Mags-Wigan (Stef & Jenna) ....experts!

• Mrs Rostalof

• Magic Bus

I suggest we meet to the right of the Water Aid stand - between WA & The Pyramid if my memory serves me right. Some time after about 2pm.

Bring your own paints, brushes, cups, water etc. etc. (chairs if possible) but we can pool resources if necessary. We'll need to agree some guide prices from basic England red crosses to much more complex designs. Don't want to over organise, but want to do our bit to raise fund for a good cause.
