my mate went to the oasis gig last night

and said people were throwing piss(in cups) everywhere

ive been to a lot of gigs and never seen this

but never been to a gig outside or a festival

does this happen?

cos im not feeling stinking of piss for a few days

It happens, never known it to happen at Glastonbury but certainly other festivals such as Reading/TITP.

And usually when you get arsehole fans of such bands as Oasis

It's never happened to me at a festival, and while it probably does, you'd be unlucky.

Going to an oasis gig is literally like asking for someone to pour piss on you though. It happens so much the chances of getting hit are 100%

I wouldn't see them again. Disgusting crowd.

I've seen it at reading plenty of times but never at Glasto. Not to say it has never happened, but I think you'd be extremely unlucky indeed if you were ever on the receiving end at Glastonbury.

I've been to gigs were piss has been thrown.

Have been to a good few Oasis gigs and can confidently say I have either been covered in it or seen it being thrown each and every time.

If you do need a piss at a festival, and really cant deal with the 30 second walk (where you can still hear the bands) why not piss in a cup and then pour it on the floor, rather than throw it over someone??

I was lucky when i seen them as it was absolutely lashing it down with rain, so the piss didn't have a lingering smell or that much of a shock factor.

Can't imagine how grim it'd be on a warm summers day.

cups of piss were flying all ove rthe place at milton keynes bowl when i saw oasis in 2005

and guys just pissing on the ground in the crowd so theres also rivers of piss at your feet

didnt get this so much at cardiff millenium for the foos/oasis thing

Can't remember it being thrown at Glasto - but rember being at the front of the Pyramid for White stripes in 2002 - during the wait, my mate, at first thought someone had spilt some beer, but turned round to see a bloke having a piss inthe middle of a packed crowd.

Not acceptable, but whoever said it's 30 seconds to a toilet, is clearly having a laugh. Fight your way back through the crowd, walk to the loos, then queue for maybe 5 mins depending on the stage and time.

Funny enough we were having this conversation at work on Friday, compared to most Oasis gigs I've been to the Noise and Confusion thing at the Millenium was very civilized. Normally you run the risk of being involved in a punch up or being covered in piss or something, one I saw in Southampton that tour was shocking. Still love the band though so meh!

30 seconds to go take a leak, I dont think so!! more like 10/15 mins. Fight your way out of crowd, que for toilet, try and fight your way back into the crowd to find your mates..

Might as well just piss in a cup then lob it on the floor, or chuck over someone!!!

i was smashed by the time the foos finshed but had a good night
