Drug amnesty bins

i've seen sniffer dogs at Connect and Wickerman (2007 - they were actually getting folk to empty cars and letting the dogs have a good go over all they're camping gear)

but i'm not overly concerned, you can't play the game without knowing there's a risk of getting collared for it.....

:D

Just done some research, Highland Constabulary has less than 5 specialist dogs(ie drug dogs)so I'd say they have 2! What is there 20,000 campers? That's one dog for 10,000 people. I'd say people's chances are good!

*unless they get other constabularies to help!

even as i type this i know it could just get folk worried unnecessarily.....

i'm sure for T fife constabulary draft in support from Strathclyde, the same sharing of resources will probably happen this weekend.

no point worrying though, just makes the start of the weekend stressful instead of enjoyable. just forget about it! there's still only a handful of folk that can be stopped from a busload walking into the campsite

couple of thoughts on this thread

hell of a lot of you need drugs to enjoy yourselves.

I am sure you don't need lectures about risks

You are giving some cracking clues to police/organisers about catching you.

don't piss me off like the arsehole that was fleeing at connect the first year

yeah totally, your more likely to get hugged than stabbed off someone on drugs, alcohol is the worst drug out, in my opinion ( bar maybe smack, but thats a WHOLE different ball park...)

Love this quote here

"So if you can say no, say no and think twice about it."

That reads as if she wants us to go "Actually, having thought about it again, i withdraw my previous answer of naw, and say AYE, GIE US THE ECCIES MAN"
