just spoken to a manager at glasto cust service, she has no idea where my ticket is, no plans to dispatch it and apparently it was printed on worthy farm on 14th april?

anyway she has said sit tight and wait for it, i asked when the last batch would be sent out and she said she didnt know because there are still tickets on sale and to raise the issue with them if i havent received it 14 days before the festival as thats when they should all be delivered.......... well its 16 days to go so by their own standards they should of been sent

starting to get worried as the whole conversation was a pack of lies and there is a helva lot of confusion up there

they are arseholes. They didn't send me my car parking ticket although not as serious as your dilemma it is still anoying. Hope everything works out and i hope you will have your ticket soon

she specifically told me all tickets should be received 14 days before the festival, on the plus side i now have a phone number for the 'glasto team' in their head office, if anyone wants it give me a shout

No sign of three tickets for us over in Ireland. Paid out for it in October.

Theyve a great system at See tickets I must say.

If I have to go through similar shitstorm as last year at that farcical International collection kiosk I will get mega angry.

Its pure bullshit for 3 years iv waited in shepton mallet.. had 2 get a bus from london.. and the madness outside last year.. This year they tell me der shhipping overseas tickets and i tot my luck had changed... So we pay £5 p&p and whatever creait card fees and exchange rate visa decide to give me for ech of our tickets... 25 in total its about an extra £175 (225 euro).. the price of another ticket, because most of us are now unemployed my girlfriend cannot afford a ticket and i cant afford 2 buy her 1... I know the tickets are not gona arrive... Ill still end up in a big f**king Q outside wasteing half my wed... we will get 25 tickets with no picture on them because when i land in bristol on tuesday my tickets prob will arrive in my front door.. ill have 25 useless tickets at home wasted an another 175 wasted on p&p and ill have 2 listen 2 my woman for the rest of the year telling me to shut up every time i start a glaso story because she wernt der.. Im going on holidays 2 the moon next year it will prob cost less

Surely it's not worth worrying about till next week at the earliest? As long as you get the tickets before the event then what's bad about it? Obviously if you don't get the tickets in time you can coat See off all you like. Chill.

my friend a couple of years ago had to get her ticket from the gates, turned up and wasnt there and had to wait for see to sort a courier to motorcycle the tickets down!! this year they sent my mates ticket with a 55p postage stamp - no signature....... this is why im worried

Might sound obvious but have you checked the order tracker on see tickets website, was stressing about mine having not turned up yet but says there dispatched now. going to rub it on my balls when it gets here

Sorry if already been mentioned are the tickets just being posted out or are they recorded delivery / need to be signed for like usual.

been away for past few weeks and have no idea if they have posted them, no confirmation number and the card booked the tickets on was lost a few weeks ago so can't use the tracker
